Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) โ€“ Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  • Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the care team

  • Support basic clinical tasks within CNA scope of practice

  • Maintain accurate documentation and care notes

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment

  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification (Pennsylvania)

  • Valid BLS/CPR certification
