The Gardens at York Terrace is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing direct care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Rates: $19.25-$21.25 PLUS Shift Diff's (3-11 $1.00 11p-7 $.25)

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift (7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM) โ€“ Part-Time

  • Evening Shift (3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM) โ€“ Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Night Shift (11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM) โ€“ Full-Time & Part-Time

  • PRN

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per resident care plans.

  • Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and ensuring they are out of bed as care plans require.

  • Support residents with therapeutic, neuro/dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and other specialized needs when applicable.

  • Deliver care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, maintaining safety and well-being at all times.

  • Act as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

  • Interact with residents, families, and staff in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet resident care needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency exam.

  • Must provide documentation of certification upon application.
