Job Type: PRN
Shifts: 7p-7a

About the role

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring CNAs to strengthen our in-house team and reduce reliance on agency. If you want stable scheduling, consistent teamwork, and a supportive environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
  • Answer call lights and ensure resident safety
  • Measure and record vital signs and I/O as assigned
  • Assist with meal service and repositioning
  • Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse
  • Support a respectful, resident-centered care culture
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification (state-approved)
  • Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new CNAs welcome with training)
