Americas Senior Program Manager
Duration- 6+ months
Location- Phoenix, AZ
Must be PMP, reside in Phoenix, and be able to commit to go to the customer site FT for 6-12 months Skills / Experience
• Candidate must have proven experience successfully leading a very large, high profile, complex programs.
• Expert communication skills, written and oral • Expert in Microsoft application usage (specifically MPP, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very seasoned in creating and managing integrated master MPP plans providing dependency mapping and risk evaluations across a large number of projects and workstreams
• Program level / senior reporting experience
• Adapts well to shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Impeccable attention to detail, while maintain ability to grasp overall strategies
• Analyzing data in reports for comprehension, accuracy, completeness, messaging
• Ability to lead, facilitate meetings that involve all band levels
• Running weekly cadence collecting regular reporting across large number of project workstreams
• Technology Project Mgt skills/knowledge
• SharePoint - designer experience preferred, minimum - Admin level support in latest version of Sharepoint
• AGILE and Waterfall knowledge More clarification from Client for PMO role: What we really need for our PMO is a PowerPoint Wizard! We need someone with meticulous writing ability that can create sublime PowerPoint presentations.
They need to be a technical writer (i.e., proper writing skills), well versed with EXCEL (as we use EXCEL reports to create our PowerPoint presentations).
Excellent communicator, well organized, ability to facilitate calls, great relationship skills.
Finally they have to be able to see the forest and the trees; i.e., grasp the message and pay attention to the details. Any technical ability they have is nice to have but the above is really what we want please. - FT - On site at client in Phoenix - Must have PMP - Will need to be interviewed by our client.
