Senior Negotiator - Costa Mesa

We are working with a well-respected Personal Injury Law firm in Costa Mesa seeking a Senior Negotiator. As a Senior Negotiator you will leverage your legal expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge of personal injury law to ensure fair outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Expertise in personal injury law and insurance policies
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to assess risk and maximize settlement values.

What to expect:

  • Review case files, evidence, and legal documents to determine settlement value.
  • Draft and review settlement offers, counteroffers, and final agreements.
  • Develop negotiation plans for each case and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients for the highest settlements possible.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to strengthen case arguments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their settlement or if needed the reasons for litigation.
  • Negotiate $1+ million settlements.
