Senior Buyer

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. This Senior Buyer will play a critical role in shaping the future of Outdoor Living at Target. Leading the style-driven portion of the businessโ€”including furniture, accessories, planters and outdoor dรฉcorโ€”you will help reclaim Target's merchandise authority by bringing our strengths in style, design and value to life for the guest. You will set a clear assortment strategy, identify trends and whitespace, and make bold choices about where to invest and innovate. Partnering closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, vendors and other cross-functional teams, you will build distinctive collections and a compelling pipeline of newness that gives guests a reason to choose Target for Outdoor Living.

You will combine strong merchant instinct with guest, competitive and financial insights to drive sales, margin and market share while building a differentiated and sustainable business for the future.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
