Working at ViewSonic is a unique opportunity to do rewarding, meaningful, high-visibility work for a global leader in visual technology. At ViewSonic, we are celebrating over 3 decades of excellence, carrying on the same entrepreneurial spirit and innovation we've had since 1987. Our brand and products are well-known throughout the industry. As a result, we are growing quickly and are looking for energetic, motivated team members to expand our nest.
Your Role and Impact
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the general ledger, spearhead month-end and year-end closing cycles, and maintain accuracy across all balance sheet accounts. Additionally, you will manage Accounts Payable functions with a specific focus on cash-system transactions and leverage AI tools to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information for monthly reports and financial analysis.
  • Analyze significant variances and provide insights to senior management.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules and work papers and perform FS / TB / GL line and specific account detail reconciliations.

  • Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions. Monitor bank balances and oversee cash-system transaction workflows within AP and AR.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows to improve data integrity and reporting speed.
  • Perform additional accounting/finance projects and analyses assigned.

Your Profile
  • 6+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Experience with inventory and cost management and cycle counts is a plus.

  • Ability to mentor junior staff and manage high-volume transactional workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Mandarin language skills (speaking and listening) are preferred.

What's in it for you:

  • 401k with company match
  • Paid Time Off
