1. Possess USCPA or ACCA certification, with over 5 years of experience in financial management positions; experience in multinational companies is preferred;
2. Familiar with US accounting standards, and knowledgeable about federal and state tax policies and filing procedures;
3. Able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English;
4. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
