What You'll Do:
Join our team as a strategic leader overseeing key lines of business that support statewide financial operations, including Financial Services, CRM/QA Customer Support, and Contact Center operations. This role guides multiple program areas, ensuring consistent enterprise standards and strong operational performance. We are seeking a collaborative, forward thinking manager with deep expertise in financial management, enterprise systems, and staff development.
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Plan, direct, and manage assigned lines of business.
- Review proposals from agency managers and program leaders and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with leadership to set strategic direction for State Accounting and Support Services and authorize enterprise-wide processing standards and practices.
- Establish, implement, and monitor goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Supervise and develop financial managers and OAKS module business leads, set enterprise module direction, and recommend policy, legislative, or system changes.
- Manage fiduciary operations, negotiate with external entities, coordinate year end close, and oversee key financial reporting and correspondence.
