Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team at Citrus Motors Ford and Kia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in helping our customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases while providing an exceptional experience in our brand-new flagship facility.


Key Responsibilities:


- Engage with customers to assess their financing needs and present tailored financing options.


- Clearly explain various financing products, ensuring customers fully understand their choices.


- Assist customers with the credit application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


- Collaborate with financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms for our customers.


- Stay current on financing options, market trends, and dealership policies to provide expert guidance.


- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions regarding their financing agreements.


- Work closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.


- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective relationship-building and sales techniques.


Key Requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.


- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or finance, preferably within a dealership environment.


- Proven track record of performance, including the ability to provide performance figures from current or past employment.


- Dealertrack and Routeone experience a must


- Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport with customers.


- Knowledge of automotive finance products and lending practices is a plus.


- Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.


- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
