Responsibilities
  • Organizational and administrative support to the executive management
  • Preparatory tasks for ongoing financial accounting
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and business trips
  • Assistance in the creation of reports
  • Coordination of HR / recruiting
  • HRl administration, such as preparing contracts
  • Preliminary payroll accounting, management of bonuses
  • Organization of team and company events
  • Coordination of job postings and incoming applications
  • Support with preliminary accounting tasks
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Communication with our tax advisor
  • Independent office management
  • Organization and coordination of all service providers
Qualifications
