Job Overview:
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with a focus on project management, ensuring seamless execution of the CPO's vision and objectives.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
The job duties include, but are not limited to:
Executive Support

  • Manage the CPO's calendar, prioritize and coordinate meetings, and prepare relevant materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CPO.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and oversee day-to-day administrative needs.
Project Management
  • Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for major projects spanning research and development, product development, IT systems, compliance, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and proactively flag potential issues or delays.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines.
Strategic Alignment
  • Support the alignment of sales and marketing teams, compliance initiatives, and product lines with overarching company goals.
  • Participate in high-level strategic planning meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through.

Qualifications:
