WinCorp Solutions is looking to hire an Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation/Insurance Coverage) for a large award-winning law firm based in Irvine, CA.

Our dynamic Insurance Services Practice Group is known for its comprehensive approach to complex insurance claims analysis and for representing insurance company clients in high-stakes coverage litigation cases across the country, including matters involving defective products, mass torts, environmental contamination, habitability, transportation, personal injury, professional liability, and intellectual property.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ year of civil litigation experience to join our Orange County, California office. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience along with a background in analyzing complex insurance policies and handling coverage-related disputes.


What You'll Do

  • Assist with all phases of insurance coverage analysis and related civil litigation in both state and federal court.
  • Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case-related communications.
  • Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and oral arguments, both remotely and in person.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, risk evaluation, and client recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, coverage issues, and litigation developments.
  • Develop practical litigation skills while building a deeper understanding of complex insurance coverage issues.


What We're Looking For
