Senior Finance & Corporate Strategy Analyst

Location: Downtown Portland, OR (Hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + 12% Target Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

CV Resources is partnering with a highly respected Pacific Northwest organization to identify a Senior Finance & Corporate Strategy Analyst to join its growing corporate strategy team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing executive decision-making, and helping shape the long-term direction of an organization. You'll work on high-profile strategic initiatives ranging from acquisitions and investment opportunities to operational improvements and enterprise-wide growth strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build sophisticated financial models, including DCF, valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
  • Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development opportunities
  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and business risks
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership
  • Support due diligence and transaction execution for strategic initiatives
  • Analyze operational efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the business
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify process improvements and leverage AI and automation initiatives
  • Create financial insights that drive informed, data-based business decisions
What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions or strategic transactions
  • Background in utilities, infrastructure, energy, or other regulated industries
  • MBA or other advanced degree
