Job description

Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion ERP Senior Functional Analyst II is responsible for mapping business requirements to application functionality and capabilities, driving and leading continuous improvement, creating business cases that result in leading system configuration meetings independently and fully understanding the impact to the organization based on business processes, financial and data management knowledge.  This role also analyzes complex business and system issues, resulting in a successful resolution. 
This position drives collaboration with the business and resolution of inquiries from the business and applies business acumen to obtain new and changing syst    Configures and maintains security of the financial system solution, and promptly responds to security inquires, including documenting security changes and corrective action taken within the inquiries

Job Duties:
Configures and maintains security of the financial system solution, and promptly responds to security inquires, including documenting security changes and corrective action taken within the inquiries
    Ensures integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data when creating new security access configurations and granting access to users
    Provides financial systems and data support based on the alignment of business processes within the financial systems platform
    Assists workstream business owners in the development of test scripts, policies and procedures while also helping the business with performing queries and defining report requirements in an efficient manner for analysis and distribution to practice managers
    Updates systems inquiries accurately, from the business and internal team members, and in a timely and effective manner
    Performs functional research or data mining to assist business owners in the pursuit of identifying key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics to manage the business, as needed
    Performs financial system configurations independently to meet business requirements as defined by the business or for maintenance
    Identifies opportunities to improve or gain efficiencies within the financial systems or business processes, including creating and maintaining reporting tools and templates to facilitate the production of financial reports and dashboards
    Contributes to defining, planning, coordinating and executing financial systems updates and growth of end users' knowledge consistently
    Collaborates and strategizes with IT, Financial Systems and business teams proactively to drive system efficiencies across the business
    Engages with management or Internal Audit to clarify security requests promptly
    Participates in the internal audit of financial systems procedures, presenting the audit with evidence of executed systems processes and reports (in a clear, accurate and concise manner) in compliance of defined controls
    Supports and participates with team members when trends or problem resolutions indicate systems issues, necessitating future training or procedural issues needing resolution as identified by the team analyst or the business
    Develops and maintains appropriate FAQ documents to support resolution of end-user inquires and questions received by the IT Service Desk
    Documents business and functional requirements from business stakeholders to represent the need of the business

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology and five(5) or more years of experience working with financial systems, required or High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of experience working with financial systems, required
Experience:
    Three (3) or more years of functional experience working with financial modules, including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, Chart of Accounts, and/or intercompany processes and policies, ensuring they operate accurately and efficiently, required
    One (1) or more years of experience with maintaining user security such as role based Access Control (RBAC) in an ERP system, preferred
    Experience working within a professional services firm such as accounting, financial services, business advisory and/or banking industries, preferred

License/Certifications:
    N/A
Software:
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
    Two(2) or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP working with at least one of the following: Procure to Pay (P2P), Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) or Record to Report (R2R), required 
    Experience in the use of Business Intelligence Reporting Tools with Oracle FDI/OACS, preferred 
Language:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $110,000 - $145,000
