What will you be doing?

This Senior Director role provides strategic leadership for the Client Insights function, ensuring delivery of high-impact, actionable insights that address clients’ day-to-day business needs while elevating long-term value. The role partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and identify opportunities for incremental, ad hoc project work in collaboration with solution partners. In addition to overseeing end-to-end insight delivery, this leader will guide the team on complex analyses and shape best practices across measurement, storytelling, and client engagement. The position also represents the Client Insights organization both internally and externally, contributing to product development discussions and advancing tailored reporting solutions such as Unify+ for key clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated client support solutions and ensure client success.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: support team sales goals through identification of alignment opportunities of Circana’s data and software solutions with client strategic goals.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG, to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.

    Location

    This position is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate needs to be able to be in the PBUS offices in Purchase, NY a couple of times a month and attend critical in person meetings when needed.

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $165k.

    We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
