ROLE

As part of our Front-of-House Sales Team, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and contribute to boutique success. Whether you begin as a Client Advisor or advance to Senior Client Advisor, we offer opportunities for growth, mentorship, and career development.

MISSION
  • Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
  • Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment.
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current clients, appointment selling  and client acquisition.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients.
  • Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
  • Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
  • Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional store environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
PROFILE
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences.
  • Experience in Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
