Job description

Sr. Client Advisor

Marsh is seeking candidates for a Sr. Client Advisor in our US office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this client-facing role, you will develop an understanding of clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide knowledge and advice to complex clients. You will help identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions while building and maintaining relationships with clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Assess the needs of clients and develop solutions to risk situations across a complexity spectrum. Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals and prepare client marketing messages.
  • Submit coverage specifications, obtain quotes from carriers, bind coverage, and ensure the accuracy of programs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with carriers and underwriters, possessing strong knowledge of the insurance and risk marketplace.
  • Contribute to the firm's body of knowledge on product lines by participating in internal networks and supporting client retention and new business production.

What you need to have:

  • 8+ years of industry experience, with a focus on Construction
  • P&C license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
