SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR

PALM BEACH FLAGSHIP | ROYAL POINCIANA PLAZA

Join a luxury women’s fashion house with a devoted global following, celebrated for its sophisticated, contemporary collections and conversation-worthy design. As the brand steps into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking best-in-class Senior Client Advisors to help bring our Palm Beach flagship to life for a long-term pop-up at Royal Poinciana Plaza.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape a brand’s presence in one of the most influential luxury retail destinations in the country—serving a discerning, style-savvy, and relationship-driven clientele.

Our ideal candidates are polished, charismatic, and deeply client-focused—natural hosts who combine impeccable style instincts with intuition, warmth, and a passion for elevated retail experiences.

This isn’t just a sales role. It’s a ground-floor opportunity to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and become a trusted style partner to a sophisticated, global customer.

The Role

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be one of the key faces of the Palm Beach flagship—responsible for delivering a highly personalized, high-touch client experience while driving strong individual and store sales performance. You will bring the brand to life through thoughtful styling, intentional service, and a deep understanding of product, fit, and client needs.

This role is ideal for a confident, entrepreneurial luxury retail professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and takes pride in building a loyal client book.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate
  • A passionate luxury retail professional with a strong appreciation for fashion, styling, and world-class service

  • Naturally warm, engaging, and poised, with the ability to build genuine rapport and long-term client relationships

  • Commercially minded and results-driven, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong eye for maintaining an elevated, visually cohesive selling environment

  • Energized by fast-paced, high-touch retail and comfortable taking ownership on the sales floor

Key Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques (required)

  • Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling, styling, and personalized service

  • Strong understanding of client experience standards and foundational retail operations (POS, inventory, cash handling)

  • Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; comfort learning new systems is essential

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays

  • A highly motivated seller who actively builds and maintains a client book through relationship-building with walk-ins and private appointments, treating personal sales performance as a core driver of both individual and store success

What You’ll Own

Client Experience & Clienteling

  • Deliver a refined, intentional, and elevated experience for every client, from first greeting through checkout

  • Act as a trusted advisor—listening carefully, offering thoughtful guidance, and curating looks aligned with each client’s lifestyle and wardrobe

  • Build loyalty and repeat business through follow-up, outreach, and personalized clienteling

Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR targets

  • Proactively identify selling opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling

  • Contribute meaningfully to daily, weekly, and monthly store sales goals

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Maintain exceptional standards of product presentation, sizing, and replenishment on the sales floor

  • Ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s refined aesthetic at all times

  • Share client insights and selling feedback to support merchandising and buying decisions

Operations & Team Support

  • Support daily operations including stock receiving, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room flow

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures related to loss prevention, cash handling, and transaction accuracy

  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and teammates to create a cohesive, high-performing environment

  • This role includes keyholder responsibilities, such as opening and closing procedures and floor leadership, as needed

Success Metrics
  • Achievement of individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals

  • High levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits

  • Strong contribution to overall store performance

  • Consistent adherence to brand standards across service, presentation, and operations
