Client Overview
Our client is a leading private wealth management and investment advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. They provide customized investment, wealth planning, and family office services with a focus on long-term relationships, discretion, and exceptional client service. They are looking to add an Associate Client Advisor to their team. The Seattle office is a small, collaborative team environment where each professional plays a meaningful role in client relationships and overall office success.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$105k + Bonus + Profit sharing
Position Overview
The Associate Client Advisor (ACA) will support and help manage relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing exceptional service and assisting with the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions. You will work closely with the Senior Client Advisor and Regional Director to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance on their financial needs. This role is ideal for a client-facing financial services professional with 2 - 3 years of experience who enjoys working in a small-office setting and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility.
Responsibilities Of The Associate Client Advisor
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients alongside the Senior Client Advisor, responding to inquiries and coordinating day-to-day service needs.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and reports using MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internally with Investment, Planning, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes, tracking follow-up items, and ensuring timely completion of action items.
  • Help monitor client portfolios and financial plans, escalating issues and opportunities to the Senior Client Advisor.
Required Experience/Skills For The Associate Client Advisor
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and presentable demeanor.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a small-office environment (currently three people) and collaborating closely with senior professionals.
  • Outgoing, polished, and confident in client-facing settings.
Education Requirements
