Responsibilities for Specialty Services Client Advisor include but are not limited to:
Acknowledge and organize incoming requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with tracking, documenting, and following up on assigned work items.
Support accurate data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and spreadsheet updates.
Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to complete daily tasks.
Communicate clearly with internal partners and team members regarding status, questions, or missing information.
May have limited client contact as needed to gather information, provide status updates, or support issue resolution under team guidance.
Follow established procedures, controls, and documentation standards.
Escalate unclear requests, discrepancies, or potential issues to the appropriate team member or leader.
Maintain confidentiality and handle information with professionalism and care.
Candidates for Specialty Services Client Advisor must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information for accuracy and completeness.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with the possibility of limited client interaction while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach.
Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or priorities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prior banking, treasury management, commercial payments, operations, or client service experience.
Experience working with shared mailboxes, service requests, case management tools, or workflow tracking systems.
Experience reviewing documentation or performing quality checks.
Ability to identify process gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities for efficiency.
Comfortable supporting high-volume or time-sensitive work.

Pay Details: $43.33 per hour
