Your role
A Client Service Associate serves as the first point of contact when a client calls to reach their advisor. Their primary responsibility is to handle requests (disbursements, investment changes, etc.), answer questions, and schedule meetings. Additionally, they will be responsible for all administrative-related tasks.
Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client-first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills, immense attention to detail, and will be able to assist clients with their everyday needs.
Client Service Associates support both clients and advisors in the following areas:
• Serve as the first point of contact by managing inbound client calls and initiating outbound calls as needed
• Schedule client meetings, maintain accurate calendars, and coordinate availability for advisors and clients
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings
• Process client requests and approvals, including account transactions, disbursements, and investment-related changes
• Open new accounts, gather and verify client information, and prepare and process required documentation
• Research and resolve complex or unique client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare, track, and submit expense reports
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and technology platforms

They are a collaborative, team-based practice focused on delivering personalized financial guidance, with deep expertise in serving current and former Procter & Gamble professionals and their families. The team leverages a strong understanding of P&G compensation and benefits to provide highly relevant advice, particularly around diversification, cashflow management, financial planning, and portfolio construction. Clients rely on this dedicated group to prioritize generational planning, consistent service, clear communication, and tailored solutions designed to grow, protect, and optimize wealth across all stages of life. The team has been frequently recognized by Forbes as one of the top wealth management teams in the state.
Your expertise
•Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include communications, business, or finance
•Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
•Ideally 3+ years of client service experience, preferably within the financial services industry
•Strong interpersonal communication skills with a client-first mindset
•Attention to detail and organizational abilities
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
