As a **Senior Business Systems Analyst**, your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders—leveraging deep analysis and data-driven insights to guide decisions and deliver high-quality solutions across the SuperVision platform.## ## **What You'll Do*** Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex, data-intensive business and technical initiatives.* Own end-to-end functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, system capabilities, and underlying data models.* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, data definitions, and process flows.* Evaluate upstream and downstream data impacts of proposed changes and identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early.* Participate in and often lead external client and vendor discussions, including occasional on-site meetings.* •Apply Explore methodologies, tools, and systems to drive consistency, quality, and scalability.* Perform in-depth data analysis to support product decisions, operational improvements, root cause investigations, and defect resolution.* Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, gaps, and opportunities across SuperVision products and integrations.* Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source systems, APIs, and downstream reporting.* Develop ad hoc analyses, reconciliation reports, and data validation artifacts to support releases, audits, and executive decision-making.* Proactively surface insights and recommendations based on data findings, not just stated requirements.* Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, including data definitions, reporting logic, and process guides.* Support user adoption and data literacy through training, walkthroughs, and collaboration with help desk and support teams.* Partner closely with QA to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and data validation approaches for business-critical functionality.* Design and execute test cases that validate calculations, aggregations, transformations, and reporting outputs.* Confirm post-release data quality and stability through targeted validation and monitoring.* Support Product Management with delivery planning, dependency management, and status reporting.* •Contribute to the design of new products and enhancements, including defining analytical use cases and success metrics.## **Additional Responsibilities*** Perform advanced querying and analysis using **SQL Server Management Studio** to investigate system behavior, validate fixes, and support new features.* Use **Excel** and other analytical tools to perform data modeling, reconciliation, and exploratory analysis.* Lead initiatives to automate and optimize reporting, data validation, and operational support processes.* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts on analytical techniques, data interpretation, and best practices.* Champion Explore standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor.## **What** **You'll Bring****Required Qualifications*** •Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* **5+ years** of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting complex, data-driven systems.* Strong expertise in requirements definition, analysis, documentation, system design, testing, and delivery support.* Advanced working knowledge of relational databases with the ability to write, optimize, and interpret complex SQL queries.* Demonstrated experience analyzing data to identify trends, validate business logic, and support decision-making.* Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.* Commitment to Explore best practices and standards.*It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
