Job Description Sr. Business Systems Analyst Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN Pay: Up to $125K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area.

This techno-functional resource will lead the support, optimization, and continuous improvement of business applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the support, customization, and ongoing improvement of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and related business applications Partner with business leaders to understand end-to-end processes and translate requirements into technical solutions Act as the bridge between technical and business users, ensuring systems support operational needs Lead business analytics efforts, and manage system integrations, data flows, security, and performance across platforms Implement IT support models Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors to improve efficiency and scalability Establish IT governance, documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures Manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners Ensure data integrity, system reliability, compliance, and security standards REQUIREMENTS: 7-8+ years of experience supporting business applications, including ERP and/or CRM systems Experience from a manufacturing and supply chain environment Strong understanding of business processes and how technology enables them Solid technical foundation in system integrations, databases, APIs or integration platforms, and cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure Experience working with cross-functional business teams PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Experience with data analytics and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $125K based on experience.
