What You’ll Do

As a Charge Nurse at Bethany Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while leading and supporting your team.

  • Supervise and support CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff
  • Administer medications and oversee daily nursing care
  • Accurately document resident care using PointClickCare
  • Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to the care team
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Help create a warm, welcoming environment our residents can truly call home

  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
  • Active South Dakota nursing license
  • Current CPR certification
