Executive Chef | Fine Dining, Chef-Driven Concept
Denver, CO | $130K to $150K


A growing chef-driven restaurant group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a high-volume, fine-dining concept in Denver.


This is a senior culinary leadership role for a chef who combines exceptional food and menu execution with strong financial and operational discipline.


What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
• Proven success in fine dining or high-volume, chef-driven restaurants
• Strong menu development and seasonal ingredient knowledge
• Proven ownership of food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory and P&L
• Exceptional culinary technique, presentation and consistency
• Strong team leadership, coaching and development skills
• Experience managing a large culinary operation
• Working knowledge of Restaurant365, Toast and HotSchedules preferred
• Strong understanding of sanitation, safety and operational standards


What’s Offered
