THE OPPORTUNITY

King Roofing is a fast-growing storm damage restoration company based in Orem, Utah. We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to help us scale. This is not a babysitting role. We want a leader who's hungry, organized, and knows how to build and motivate a team of high-performing sales reps.

You'll lead from the front, closing your own deals while building the team around you to do the same. In return, you'll earn a competitive base salary plus commission on your personal production, with additional income tied directly to your team's performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Train, and develop a team of door-to-door sales representatives

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of D2D, outside sales, or field sales experience. Roofing or home services are a big plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
  • Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a no-excuses attitude
  • Strong communicator who can coach, persuade, and hold people accountable
  • Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, alongside your team
  • Experience in solar, pest control, alarms, or restoration sales is a strong advantage
