As our SEO department continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced SEO professional who is ready to take the next step. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside our SEO Manager while helping shape the future of our department through strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.


This is not an entry-level SEO position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex SEO challenges, developing long-term strategies, improving websites, and helping businesses grow through search. You'll be working across a large portfolio of SEO campaigns for businesses in a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop SEO strategies for new and existing client campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
  • Review and improve website architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, and SEO performance data
  • Create and refine content strategies that support client goals
  • Review content for SEO quality before publication
  • Work closely with the SEO Manager, content team, developers, and account managers to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager on technical SEO initiatives, campaign strategy, and department process improvements
  • Assist with website launches, redesigns, migrations, and ongoing SEO implementation
  • Help improve internal SEO processes, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Mentor and support junior SEO team members as the department continues to grow


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional SEO experience
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with WordPress websites
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience performing keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Local SEO experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • AI tools and prompt engineering
  • Automation and workflow optimization
  • Elementor or Beaver Builder
  • Google Ads or Local Services Ads
  • Schema markup
  • Basic PHP or JavaScript knowledge
  • Canva, Photoshop/Adobe Suite, or other creative tools
