We are looking for an experienced and dynamic search engine optimization (SEO) specialist to join our SEO department. As an SEO specialist, you will play a key role partnering with internal stakeholders to improve our organic search presence while maintaining SEO best practices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sorting them by level of importance.
  • Review website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to come up with strategies to improve indexation and organic growth.
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities across traditional and generative AI search.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in alignment with SEO goals and monetization strategies.
  • Prioritize and manage the implementation of all SEO related tasks in conjunction with project managers and developers.
  • Keep pace with SEO, AI discovery, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Track and report on monthly results while communicating regularly with stakeholders related to new developments, initiatives, and task implementation progress.
  • Continue to learn and develop SEO skills from online resources.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist.
  • Intermediate knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of crawling tools, like Screaming Frog.
  • Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Debugbear (Gtmetrix or PageSpeedTest alternatives) and Core Web Vitals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for SEO.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Haves:

  • Direct experience optimizing AI visibility and leveraging AI/LLM tools to scale and automate SEO workflows.
  • Proven track record working on large-scale or international websites.
  • Experience with Looker.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript rendering.
