Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un.e analyste en Marketing Numérique

Sous la responsabilité du chef du département Marketing Numérique et mentorée par une stratège en performance numérique, ton mandat sera d’accompagner ton équipe à la création de stratégies, à l’implantation de tactiques et à l’optimisation de différentes campagnes de publicité en ligne.

Tâches et responsabilités du poste :
  • Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, Bing Ads;
  • Concevoir des tableaux de bord et effectuer des suivis;
  • Effectuer le tracking et l’analyse de données;
  • Effectuer l’optimisation et la maintenance de la performance des comptes en matière de moteurs de recherche;
  • Optimiser le contenu de sites Web pour les moteurs de recherche (SEO);
  • Rester à l’affût des nouvelles opportunités marketing dans les mandats;
  • Effectuer la préparation et la présentation des statuts mensuels sur les performances des différentes plateformes et campagnes (KPIs, Programmatique, SEA, SMM, etc.);
  • Demeurer à l’affût des dernières tendances en marketing numérique.

Qualifications et caractéristiques requises
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en création & gestion de campagnes de marketing numérique (plus précisément en Publicité en ligne et SEO);
  • Maîtrise des plateformes publicitaires de Facebook, LinkedIn et Google;
  • Maîtrise de Google Analytics;
  • Expérience avec Google Data Studio ou Google Tag Manager, un atout;
  • Expérience avec WordPress & WooCommerce, un atout;
  • Connaissance du HTML, un atout;
  • Connaissance d’outils de veille tels que SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, un atout;
  • Connaissance de CRM (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce), un atout;
  • Communication et collaboration: excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, esprit d’équipe, attitude positive et bon sens relationnel, bonne tolérance à la critique constructive;
  • Organisation et exécution: autonomie, sens de l’organisation, gestion du temps et des priorités, capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front;

What we're looking for:
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and mentored by a digital performance strategist, your mandate will be to support your team in creating strategies, implementing tactics, and optimizing various online advertising campaigns.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Design advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads;
  • Build dashboards and perform follow-ups;
  • Set up tracking and analyze data;
  • Optimize and maintain account performance for search engines;
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO);
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports on the performance of different platforms and campaigns (KPIs, Programmatic, SEA, SMM, etc.);
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing.


Required Qualifications and Characteristics:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (specifically online advertising and SEO);
  • Proficiency with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms;
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics;
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or Google Tag Manager, an asset;
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, an asset;
  • Knowledge of HTML, an asset;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, an asset;
  • Knowledge of CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), an asset;
