Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager with a strong background in SEO strategy and consulting to lead high-impact projects, manage client relationships, and develop strategies that drive organic growth for leading brands. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end SEO strategies, combining advanced expertise in technical SEO, content, authority, and analytics with a strong business-oriented mindset. 

The role also requires staying at the forefront of the evolving search landscape, including Google AI Overviews, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and emerging AI-driven search experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition, planning, and execution of SEO strategies for national and international clients. 
  • Manage end-to-end SEO campaigns, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, and KPIs. 
  • Develop SEO roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals. 
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies. 
  • Lead technical SEO, content, website architecture, and indexability audits. 
  • Develop content optimization strategies for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. 
  • Design digital authority, link building, and Digital PR strategies. 
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of the search ecosystem, including: 
  • Google AI Overviews 
  • Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and others) 
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) 
  • Emerging SERP features and search experiences 
  • Identify opportunities driven by digital trends, social media, and search algorithm updates. 
  • Prepare executive reports and present performance, recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client accounts, ensuring proactive, transparent, and results-oriented communication. 
  • Identify commercial growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and new business initiatives. 
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Data, Analytics, Content, UX, Development, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. 
  • Drive innovation within the SEO team by adopting new methodologies, tools, and technologies. 
  • Share knowledge through internal training, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of junior and mid-level SEO specialists. 
Qualifications

Essential 

  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or digital consultancy. 
  • Proven experience leading SEO strategies across multiple industries. 
  • Experience managing client accounts and acting as the primary client contact. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business-driven SEO strategies. 
  • Strong experience conducting technical and content SEO audits. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO. 
  • Experience working with large-scale websites and complex SEO projects. 
  • Proficiency with industry-leading SEO tools, including: 
  • SEMrush 
  • Ahrefs 
  • Sistrix 
  • Screaming Frog 
  • Google Search Console 
  • Google Analytics 4 
  • Looker Studio 
  • Strong understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) are reshaping the search ecosystem. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations. 
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • C1 level of English (mandatory). The role requires regular written and verbal communication with international clients and cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience coordinating teams and mentoring junior and mid-level SEO professionals.
