The SEO & Digital Marketing Analyst supports PreBorn!’s digital marketing efforts through search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising support, conversion tracking, reporting, and website performance analysis.

This role is ideal for a developing digital marketer who enjoys working with data, analytics, search marketing, and technology. The Analyst will assist with improving search visibility, generating qualified leads, optimizing advertising campaigns, and ensuring accurate performance reporting across digital channels.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will help drive measurable ministry growth by increasing online engagement, lead generation, and digital effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities

SEO Support & Search Visibility

  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor website rankings and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support technical SEO audits and corrective actions.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and page structure for search performance.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

Google Ads Support

  • Assist with the management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support keyword research, ad creation, and audience targeting.
  • Track lead generation metrics and advertising performance.
  • Help manage campaign budgets and reporting.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics

  • Assist with maintaining Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager configurations.
  • Support implementation and testing of conversion tracking.

  • Assist with offline conversion upload processes.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues alongside marketing and development teams.

Call Tracking & Lead Attribution

  • Support administration of CallRail tracking systems.
  • Monitor call conversion reporting.
  • Assist with call attribution analysis and reporting.
  • Help ensure lead sources are accurately tracked and reported.

Meta Advertising Support

  • Assist with Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Support implementation of Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and optimization recommendations.

AI Search & Emerging Technologies

  • Stay informed on emerging AI search trends and technologies.
  • Assist with initiatives that improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
  • Learn and apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts.
  • Support content optimization efforts for evolving search platforms.

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Analyze landing page and website performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives.
  • Monitor website engagement metrics and conversion funnels.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets, Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Track key performance indicators and marketing metrics.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare recurring marketing performance reports.

Website Support

  • Maintain a basic working knowledge of HTML and website structure.
  • Assist with website updates and quality assurance testing.
  • Support implementation of tracking scripts and marketing tags.
  • Partner with developers to troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid search, or analytics.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, SEO, or website analytics.
  • Internship or agency experience may be considered.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
