We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content & Brand Communications Specialist to help shape and execute the voice of MasterSpas across all channels—consumer, dealer, and internal. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, brand storytelling, and digital performance, ensuring every message reflects our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and premium quality.

You’ll collaborate with a high-performing marketing team to create content that builds trust, drives engagement, and fuels sales growth. If you’re equal parts strategist and doer—and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment—this role is for you.

What You’ll DoContent Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and execute content across web, email, video, advertising, PR, and internal communications.
  • Write compelling copy including campaigns, landing pages, blogs, product messaging, and scripts.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Translate technical product features into engaging, customer-focused messaging.
  • Research audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform content strategy.
Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Own and optimize SEO and AI-driven search strategies (AEO/AIO).
