Level Up seeks a full-time Scanning Technician/Contractor Support Administrator in the Herndon, VA area to support a dynamic Intelligence Community-customer, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to include document tracking, scanning, indexing, and metadata entry within client proprietary systems

  • Process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries in accordance with client policies and procedures

  • Perform case management activities such as data entry, case tracking, and records maintenance

  • Answer phones and provide responsive customer support to internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain, update, and assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Convert, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications

  • Maintain accurate tracking logs and databases using Excel and client systems

  • Support office operations by opening/closing the office and providing backup coverage for team members as needed

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and assignments in support of mission needs

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative, office support, or records/case management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat/PDF

  • Strong written communication, typing, and document formatting skills

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and confidence interacting with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience with document scanning, indexing, metadata tagging, and records tracking systems

  • Knowledge of mail distribution processes, courier handling, and secure document procedures

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and recognize when to seek guidance

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, step-by-step processes

  • Proven multitasking and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and provide flexible coverage as needed

  • Willingness and availability to support office hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Clearance Required

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at application
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
