Job description

Duties will include scanning, indexing, quality control of documents, and data input. Will be required to open, sort and process large volumes of incoming mail for Land Administration. Should be familiar with archiving and retrieval of documentation from storage. Must be able to communicate effectively with management of various divisional teams and other staff members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of experience with documentation scanning, data entry operations, filing and related duties preferred. Should have the ability to lift boxes in excess of 45 pounds. Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are required. Applicant should be self-motivated with good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
