The Foreman position is a significant and important role responsible for all crew-members’ Safety, proper installation of the scaffolding, crew productivity, and building the scaffolding to meet OSHA standards and customer work access requirements.
Basic Skills Criteria
• Needs Basic Scaffolding Knowledge
• Needs to be able to start and complete erection of scaffolding squarely, leveled, to all required safety standards.
• Needs to have knowledge on all aspects of proper scaffolding installation.
• Have the ability to communicate on the jobsite with fellow crew members and understand equipment needs and coordinate material movement on the project.
• Ensure safe operations at all jobsites with assigned employees in full compliance with Company’s safety program and all regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a crew leader with system scaffolding.
