Scaffolding Laborer

Redi Services, LLC a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of a Porta John Technician/Driver to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
  • Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.
  • Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Securing tools, materials, and equipment properly.
  • Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Performing general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Good balance and coordination.
  • Awareness of safety procedures.
  • Time management and punctuality.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor construction and industrial sites.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, heights, and changing weather.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding safely.

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE.
