  • Support consolidation and reporting across multiple entities, brands, and locations.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll activities.
  • Active participation in external audits along with hands-on involvement in strengthening internal controls.

  • Assist in training and supporting team members on accounting procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Keep documentation, templates, and systems organized.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Curious, confident, and hardworking, with a willingness to quickly learn and apply new skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Positive team player with a solutions-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
