Description

We are a leading fast growing B2B provider of Modern Lamination Finishing Solutions, including specialty films and lamination equipment designed to enhance branded consumer products, improve operational efficiencies and increase revenue for our clients. 


This is a newly made position reporting directly to our CRO for a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization by providing actionable insights, improving sales processes, and help drive profitable growth.


This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, recommend solutions to business challenges, and partnering with sales leadership to improve an already high-performance team.


What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales performance, territory results, product trends,  and customer activity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and annual  planning.
  • Evaluate territory coverage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve CRM (sales force) data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze performance across equipment, consumables, service contracts, and solutions offerings.
  • Assist with sales compensation reporting and commission tracking.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that increase sales productivity.
  • Provide recommendations based on data and business analysis.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations with a direct B2B industrial sales organization, (not a retail/CPG replenishment organization) 
  • Experience in supporting a direct Business-to-Business (B2B) sales organization with commissioned territory sales      representatives.
  • Experience in Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables,  XLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Sales Force) and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Territory planning and performance measurement.
  • Product portfolio analysis.
  • Commission and incentive reporting.
  • Distribution, manufacturing, industrial, technology, or equipment sales environments.
