Job description

The Flooring/Cabinet Sales professional engages with a diverse customer base including residential homeowners, commercial property managers, property developers, and interior designers. This role focuses on presenting a wide range of flooring and cabinetry products, facilitating sales negotiations, and ensuring a smooth order processing experience. The salesperson will be equipped with in-store POS systems to support transactions and deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

Responsibilities

  • Present hardwood, laminate, vinyl flooring, custom and pre-fabricated cabinets, tile, and carpet products to customers
  • Negotiate sales terms to meet customer needs and company goals
  • Process orders accurately using in-store POS systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets
