PartsSource team members are deeply committed to our mission of Ensuring Healthcare is Always On, which is foundational to our success and growth. Our vibrant culture is built upon aligned values, shared ownership, mutual respect, and a passion for collaborating to solve complex customer problems.

About the Job Opportunity

PartsSource is seeking a Sales Manager, Inside Sales to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team supporting multiple healthcare end markets including ambulatory care, acute care, life science, and government (federal and state). In this role, you'll own the day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational excellence of the inside sales organization. You'll drive revenue growth through strategic team development, support the rollout of revenue optimization initiatives, and partner across the business to remove barriers and scale our sales effectiveness. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can directly impact both team performance and organizational success.

What You'll Do

Sales Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Build and lead a high-performing inside sales team, providing clear expectations, regular coaching, and support for professional development and individual success.
  • Conduct daily standups, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to ensure alignment on targets, track progress, and identify development opportunities.
  • Coach inside sales professionals on consultative selling techniques, healthcare market dynamics, and effective discovery and solution positioning.
  • Foster accountability and ownership within the team while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

Revenue Growth & Strategic Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with organizational goals for the assigned end markets (ambulatory, acute, life science, government).
  • Drive revenue targets through proactive pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and strategic account planning across all end markets.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to implement revenue optimization initiatives (RevIO rollout, process improvements) and track adoption and impact.
  • Analyze sales metrics, win/loss data, and market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Operational Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support pricing, escalation, and customer solution discussions; partner with product, delivery, and pricing teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of sales and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to develop and deploy training, collateral, and resources that equip the team with market knowledge and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain robust forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting mechanisms; provide regular insights and updates to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Customer Relationships

  • Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within assigned end markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in ambulatory, acute, life science, and government sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and data security requirements in all sales activities.

 What You'll Bring

Required Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience, leading or supporting inside sales teams in the healthcare, equipment maintenance, or B2B software space.
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams to achieve revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including acute and ambulatory care operations, purchasing processes, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences and build consensus.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in equipment maintenance, biomedical, or mission-critical equipment sales or support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT platforms, SaaS models, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with revenue operations, sales analytics tools, or CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Leadership experience supporting multiple end markets or geographies simultaneously.
  • Background working with government or federal healthcare agencies.

 Who We Want to Meet

  • Serve with Purpose: You demonstrate genuine commitment to understanding our customers' challenges in healthcare and are driven to ensure they have the tools and support needed to keep critical equipment running. You bring Customer Centric thinking to every decision, and you're committed to ensuring your team delivers exceptional service.
  • Collaborate to Win: You communicate clearly and persuasively across teams, and you excel at building alignment around shared goals. Your Influence & Communication skills enable you to motivate your team and drive collaboration with peers across sales, product, and operations to achieve outcomes that matter.
  • Challenge the Status Quo: You're a strategic problem-solver who brings Data-Informed Decision Making to your leadership approach. You analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive your team to think creatively about how to reach and serve customers in new ways.
  • Adapt to Thrive: You embrace change and maintain flexibility and positivity when priorities shift, demonstrating strong Learning Agility and Resilience. You guide your team calmly through uncertainty and model adaptability through your actions.
  • Act Like an Owner: You take full Accountability & Execution for your commitments and hold your team accountable to the same standard. You're driven by ambitious goals, maintain relentless focus on results, and approach every challenge with initiative and resourcefulness.
