What does a Sales Manager for Inside Sales do?

A Sales Manager for Inside Sales oversees a team of sales representatives who sell products or services remotely, typically via phone, email, or online meetings rather than face-to-face. They are responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies, coaching team members, and monitoring performance metrics. Their primary focus is on increasing sales revenue through effective management and process optimization.
