More about this job >
Description
We built a scheduling tool that actually works. Other agencies want it, and now we need our very first salesperson to help us launch and grow it.
The Opportunity
  • Be First: You will be our first sales hire, working directly with the creators to build the pitch, run demos, and target our first 100 agencies.
  • Growth: As the sales team grows, you will be first in line to help lead it.
  • Compound Earnings: Earn a guaranteed $2,000 monthly base, uncapped commissions, plus monthly residuals on every account you close for as long as you stay.
What You'll Do
  • Sell Rosterbridge to home health agency owners and administrators across the country out of our Falls Church office.
  • Conduct Zoom demos (the product creator will join your calls until you're ready to close solo).
  • Use a real, operating home health agency as proof that the software works.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals (software, healthcare, staffing, or insurance).
  • Self-starters who can manage their own calendar and pipeline.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but we can teach you the industry in two weeks. (Former agency administrators or Directors of Nursing are highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Full-time commitment.
Next Steps
Applying takes two minutes, and we'll reach out within 48 hours. Our first 15-minute call will walk you through a quick demo and the commission structure.
