Sales Director - Independent Living & Assisted Living

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans to expand our customer base.

  • Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for our customers
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
  • Must possess strong leadership skills to work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for clients
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable
  • Travel may be required
  • Manages all occupancy and revenue goals for the community
  • Utilizes 'You've Got Leads' to accurately manage sales funnels, conversion ratios, and move-in metrics
