Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries about vehicles and services.
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Help maintain the vehicle inventory, including updates to the online listings and ensuring the showroom is well-organized.
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives, providing information about vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist with paperwork, including contracts, financing applications, and trade-in appraisals.
- Support post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
