Job description

Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. Grounded in a singular system of truth, Filevine brings together data, documents, workflows, and teams into one unified platform-where modern legal work happens with clarity and consistency.
Powered by LOIS, the Legal Operating Intelligence System, Filevine connects context across every matter to transform legal operations from reactive to proactive. LOIS reads, understands, and reasons across your data to surface insight, automate complexity, and give professionals the clarity and confidence to see more, know more, and do more. Fueled by a team of exceptional collaborators and innovators, Filevine's rapid growth has earned AI awards and recognition from Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country.
Role Summary:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for driving sales intelligence and performance visibility across the sales organization. This role involves analyzing and reporting on SaaS sales KPIs, pipeline health, and rep performance. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of SaaS sales metrics and modern dashboarding best practices, and is eager to grow into a senior analytics role by learning the full depth of our business - from pipeline generation through closed-won and beyond.
This role will report directly to the Director of Data Analytics, but will primarily focus on the needs of the SVP of Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will come in with a strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and will be self-sufficient and independently research our data to give recommendations, analysis, and findings directly to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Reporting - Own and execute reporting for core SaaS sales KPIs including quota attainment, win/loss rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to troubleshoot data discrepancies and evolve reporting as business needs shift.
  • Business Intelligence & Dashboarding - Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations teams. Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain sales performance dashboards in DOMO, applying strong dashboarding principles (clear hierarchy, actionable metrics, appropriate drill-downs, minimal noise).
  • Pipeline & Forecast Analytics - Serve as the go-to analyst for pipeline and forecast reporting - tracking stage-over-stage progression, identifying deal slippage and bottlenecks, and surfacing insights that help sales leadership optimize resource allocation and coaching efforts. Develop and maintain KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to SaaS best practices.
  • Workflow Automation & Data Operations - Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO. Streamline recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness. Support DOMO administration, staying current with platform releases and capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Independent Analytics & Reporting - You must be a driven self-starter who is eager to do independent analysis and confident in reporting back to executive leadership with your findings. You will be expected to be doing analysis on your own, without prompt, and find opportunities to improve the revenue cycle on a regular basis
  • Executive Communication - You should be able to concisely report back to executive leadership your own conclusions and findings from the analysis that you perform. You should understand how to present your findings with appropriate backup, without just drowning your stakeholder in charts and tables.
  • SaaS Sales Metrics - Solid working knowledge of key SaaS sales KPIs: quota attainment, win rate, pipeline coverage ratios, average sales cycle, deal velocity, ARR/MRR, churn, and forecast accuracy. You should be able to speak fluently about what these mean and why they matter.

Nice To Have
  • DOMO - Strong hands-on experience with DOMO is preferred. You should be comfortable building dashboards in some BI tooling, if it's Domo that's even better.
  • Salesforce - Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures is a major plus for integration and pipeline reporting, but not required.
  • SQL - Basic familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus. This role won't require query writing initially, but a foundational understanding will serve you well as you grow into more advanced analytics over time.
