About The Role
The Analytics Manager, Supply Sales Analytics will lead complex business analysis and reporting initiatives and help the Supply business by driving data driven decisions, providing key business insights and trends timely to enable the Supply leaders to make well informed decisions to make business more predictable and less risk averse. The Analytics Manager will work with XFN partners such as SOPS, Supply, Product, Data Science etc. for Reporting & Insights on Strategic Initiatives to drive Supply growth. They will also focus on improving data quality and work internally to increase efficiencies across Supply data architecture.
What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs and proactively alerts the business for any trends or data issues.
  • Develop Looker dashboards, reporting and partners internally for any broader data initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of supply strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing detailed analysis, developing compelling solutions and presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborate with regional Supply Strategy, Supply Programs, and other multi-functional teams to achieve consistent reporting, GTM alignment, and meaningful insights based on well-articulated needs/gaps.
  • Run various regular and ad hoc analysis of key supply data including efficiency, pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, territory planning. Validate data for integrity, quality and accuracy. Support weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence of operating deliverables.
  • Use Big Query/SQL for data extraction, transformation and analyze data.
  • Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate these into reporting insights and increase data visibility.

What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales/Supply Analytics experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL, Reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights, G-Suite to support and drive Sales or Supply teams.
  • Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions.
  • Expertise in Sales forecasting, strategic insights, analytics, and reporting.
  • Demonstrable ability to partner effectively with supply leaders and stakeholders.
  • Focused and organized; able to work on multiple projects and priorities concurrently while prioritizing and executing effectively.

Preferred Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Sales/Supply Analytics experience
  • 6+ years of experience in SQL, Reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights, G-Suite to support and drive Sales or Supply teams.
  • Masters in Business Analytics

The expected salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
