Job Descriptionย 

Seeking a Sales Analytics Lead to own and evolve the sales reporting and performance management framework across the organization. This role defines how the business is measured,ย establishesย standardized KPIs, and delivers insights that drive execution from frontline sellers to executive leadership.ย 

This is a senior individual contributor role with strong cross-functional influence across Sales,ย RevOps, Finance, and Data teams.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Sales Reporting & Dashboard Practicesย 

  • Own end-to-end sales reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecardsย 
  • Develop role-based dashboards for reps, managers, and leadershipย 
  • Establish reporting standards (definitions, filters, governance) and ensureย a single sourceย of truthย 
  • Embed reporting into business cadences (pipeline reviews, QBRs, exec readouts)ย 

KPI Framework & Performance Reportingย 

  • Define and govern the core KPI framework used to manage the businessย 
  • Deliver reporting on seller attainment, productivity, and performance distributionย 
  • Provide visibility across company, region, segment, and rep levelsย 
  • Track performance trends (QoQ, YoY) and highlight gapsย 

Pipeline Health & Analyticsย 

  • Develop reporting on pipeline creation, coverage vs target, and pipeline gapsย 
  • Build pipeline inspection views (progression, aging, stalled deals)ย 
  • Implement funnel analytics (conversion rates, time in stage)ย 
  • Deliver rolling and 12-month pipeline trend analysisย 

Business Insights & Trend Analysisย 

  • Translate data into clear insights:ย what'sย happening, why, and what actions are neededย 
  • Provide insights across win rates, revenue quality, renewal performance, cross-sell, and customer trendsย 
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviewsย 
  • Identifyย trends across segments, regions, and brandsย 

Cross-Functional Collaborationย 

  • Partner with Sales,ย RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Data teams on KPI definitions and reporting standardsย 
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systemsย 
  • Support reporting operationalization, validation, and continuous improvementย 

Leadership & Ownershipย 

  • Own the sales reporting ecosystem, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and adoptionย 
  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives thatย impactย business performance measurementย 
  • Serve as subject matter expert in sales reporting and pipeline analyticsย 
  • Operate independently with high ownership of deliverablesย 

Qualifications and Skillsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related fieldย 
  • 8+ years in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligenceย 
  • Experience with sales reporting, KPI frameworks, and pipeline analyticsย 
  • Advanced Excel, Salesforce (or CRM), and Tableau (or similar tools)ย 
  • SQL or data modeling experienceย 
  • Experience building scalable dashboards and reporting frameworksย 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsย 
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsย 
  • Strong communicationย and stakeholder influence skillsย 
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales,ย RevOps, and Financeย
