Job description

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for experienced Sales Account Manager for a company based in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the Sales and accounts for various customers in a warehouse setting.
 
Pay Rate 
$18.00-$20.30 per hour, depending on experience
 
Schedule and Hours 
Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm
 
Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) 
  • Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems 
 
Sales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals
  • Experience in manufacturing
