Job description

Payroll Manager:

The team is seeking a Payroll Manager, strong with payroll processing prevailing wage.

Responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for state, federal, HUD and Section 3 as well as , working on compliance to show good faith with low-income
  • Compliance and reporting
  • Construction prevailing wage
  • Multistate payroll taxes
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
  • Processing and paying overtime for prevailing wage. Must be very strong with O/T rules
  • Must be strong with payroll regulations
  • Team is currently operating with SAGE payroll/HRIS
  • The ideal candidate for this position must be high level but also a doer. Positive, team player with a go getter attitude able to roll of their sleeves and do what whatever it takes to get the job done. Seeking a positive team player
  • This candidate in this position will interact regularly with Operations – what they want to see for reporting

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred; not required
  • 5 years prevailing wage payroll
  • 3 years multistate payroll experience
  • 5 years experience functioning in a fast pace environment
  • Strong technical aptitude
