Job description

Cable's Roofing is looking for a roofing technician to join our team at our Tyler, Texas office. This person will have a variety of duties, including doing roof repairs (residential and commercial) (flat and sloped roofs), warranty work and work on commercial job crews.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments and with technical roofing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-time, in-budget, quality projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
  • Manage resources - Under the direction of the Project Manager, coordinate with internal teams to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in technical roofing aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
