We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising roofing crews, coordinating daily job site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of roofing experience, strong leadership abilities, and extensive knowledge of multiple roofing systems and installation methods. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise residential and commercial roofing crews
  • Coordinate daily job site operations and assign work to crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
  • Install, repair, and replace a variety of roofing systems
  • Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
  • Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, slate, TPO, and other roofing materials

  • Train, mentor, and oversee Roofing Installation Technicians and Laborers

  • Communicate project updates, material needs, and job site concerns to management
  • Safely operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience required
  • Previous experience leading roofing crews, serving as a lead roofer, or supervising construction teams preferred
  • Experience with both residential and commercial roofing systems
  • Knowledge of asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, slate, flat roofing systems, and other roofing materials
  • Ability to properly install roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with roofing tools, equipment, and installation techniques
