Job description

Four Seasons Kanga Roof, located in Roseville, MI, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of full-time Experienced Roofer - Roofing Supervisor.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
In this Experienced Roofer - Roofing Supervisor role, you will travel directly to the assigned job site each morning to oversee and manage low-slope roofing projects. You will be responsible for leading your crew through the entire project, from initiation to final walk-through, ensuring daily that the roof remains watertight. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clear communication with General Contractors, Field Superintendents, and building owners and ensuring that all work aligns with manufacturer specifications and the standards set by Four Seasons Kanga Roof. You will be expected to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship throughout every project.
What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of roofing experience
  • Proficiency with technology
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of manufacturer's specifications (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 & CPR certification (preferred)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
  • Pay: This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay of $35 - $45 per hour.
  • Schedule: The Roofing Foreman position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Each day begins with dispatch directly from your home to the designated job site; there is no need to report to a central office location.
